XL Tool Inc. is currently seeking an experienced professional **5 Axis CNC Mill Machinist for our Okuma MCR-A5CII Double Column Mill 4.0M X 2.5M travel.**

**Requirement**:

- Machinist trade certificate or 5 - 10 years experience as a CUSTOM Machinist
- Experience in machine setup & Operation of Manual & CNC Mill's
- Capable of machining large components
- Responsible for setup and operation of CNC Mill's
- Experience machining Nuclear, Automation and Die components
- Knowledge CAD Software, Mastercam preferred
- Perform daily machine checks for preventative maintenance and safety procedures.
- Practice excellent general housekeeping, including but not limited to, his/her work area, chip removal, floor areas, benches, storage areas to ensure a safe work environment
- Check all dimensions and tolerance.

**Your contributions to the team include**:

- CNC Machine effectively and efficiently in a Custom Machining environment.
- Ability to read & interpret blue prints, GD&T drawings, charts & tables. Motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to determine a machining process sequence per customer information & requirements provided in the Part Print.
- Identify opportunities for improvement via new tooling, set up reduction concepts and programming changes to improve cost and delivery
- Program using Mastercam and able to make decisions and edit programs if needed
- Ability to work as a Team
- Attention to Detail
- Willing to work overtime if required
- Work Safely and respectfully
- Perform other duties as assigned.
