**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff to enhance their performance and product knowledge.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management to ensure product availability.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and time management skills.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and register operations.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
