**Summary**

Riverside Foundry Inc. is looking for someone who would be responsible for grinding and sanding metal castings to remove rough edges, excess metal, and other imperfections. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.

There are also other part-time positions available that include a sort table, punch press, or in the core room. These positions are based on the production requirements.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities of a Sander**:

- Sanding castings as per customers requirements and maintaining quality criteria
- Starts sander and observes ground product discharge into containers for impurities, lumps, or improperly sized particles.
- Drop sanded product into containers for storage, shipment, or further processing
- Equipment used: Stationary belt sanders and all hand tool grinders.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
