**Regular Hours**:
Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30PM or 7:00AM - 3:30PM (40 Hours Weekly)

**Purpose**

**_The Warehouse Office Support is responsible for maintaining and performing administrative and routine clerical tasks._**

**Accountabilities and Detailed Activity**:
Warehouse Office Administration
- Answering all incoming phone calls, take messages or direct them to respective staff member
- Support other Warehouse Office staff with overflow work, including but not limited to data entry/CHEP reporting
- Attend to duties and projects as assigned by Manager or his/her delegate.
- Standard administrative duties including filing.
- Follow safety guidelines ensuring the safety of the operations.
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information

Office Fulfillment
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as necessary
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and tracking packages and shipments

Minimum Requirements:
**Education and/or Professional Designation**:

- High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a warehouse office environment.

**Language Skills**:

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Fluent in English.

**Technical Skills**:

- Computer system: CHEP
- Good mathematical skills.
- Proven ability to respond to large volumes of customer service requests.

**Soft Skills**:

- Thrives in a team environment.
- A demonstrated capacity and interest in learning and developing.
- Proficient organizational skills
