We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Montana's AIRPORT ROAD BRAMPTON. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. **Duties**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to company standards
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Monitor alcohol consumption of guests and enforce responsible drinking practices
- Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar area and restocking inventory

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing and payment handling
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change
- Experience working in the food industry, preferably as a bartender or server
- Familiarity with Ontario local regulations regarding alcohol service
