**ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN**

ERE INC is an environmental company specializing in equipment and technologies for all sampling, monitoring, filtration and treatment for Air, Water and Soil.

Our Rental department is looking for a bilingual (a must), eager to learn, self-motivated electronic technician who also has experience in customer service. Dealing with clients, troubleshooting equipment over the phone, finding solutions and guiding customers how the instruments work.

**Tasks would be to**:

- Processing orders & rentals
- Serving clients at the front desk / Customer Service
- Calibrating instruments
- Repairs
- Cleaning instruments

**Skills Required**:

- Must be bilingual
- Learns quickly
- Likes speaking on the phone
- Organized
- Team player
- Autonomous

**Experience**:
Electronic repairs or calibrations of instrumentation (1-2 years in any industry)

Customer service experience (1-2 years in any industry)

ERE INC is based on team building and working together to achieve a common goal. Training sessions will be provided
