We are seeking a motivated and dynamic **Sales Representative** who is passionate about marketing, enjoys meeting new people, and has the drive to generate their own leads. This role involves promoting our products/services, building strong relationships with clients, and working to grow our business. You’ll be part of a supportive team but must also be a self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Create and manage leads independently.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain clear, professional communication (both verbal and written).
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
- Attend networking events and represent the company in a professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or a passion for marketing and sales.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Presentable and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable creating your own leads and managing a sales pipeline.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and preferably access to a personal vehicle.

**Salary**: Fixed Base Salary + Sales Commission.
