Williams Fresh Cafe at The Hamilton Waterfront is currently seeking an Assistant General Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health regulations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Monitor and control operational costs, including labor, food, and supplies, to maximize profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility, kitchen, and dining areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma
- College/University Degree Preferred
- 5 years experience in a managerial role in the food service industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Food safety & Smart Serve Certified

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 5 years (preferred)
