Soccer Coach Manager

We are looking for reliable, energetic, and engaging individuals to work part-time every weekend. If you are passionate about working with children, being active and playing soccer, this is the ideal job for you

We will train new hires to coach our program. You would be working 8-10 hours a week ( 6-8 hours on the weekend and 1-2 hours remotely doing administration and equipment management during the week). We run year-round and the company is expanding so there is an opportunity to grow with us

Little Kickers provides children 18 months to 7 years of age a positive introduction to sport via soccer. Our soccer skills and games are taught in a fun and non-competitive environment. Coaches employ their imagination and creativity to deliver the lessons in an engaging and playful atmosphere. Actors, soccer players, teachers or those enrolled in the ECE program would be the perfect fit for Little Kickers.

Compensation: Ranges from $800 - $1000/month

**Responsibilities**:

- Coaching and managing soccer classes for children aged 18 months - 7 years old (up to 10 hours per week)
- Proactive pre-session planning of Little Kickers classes/events and distributing to the coach network.
- New coach recruitment and training
- Managing, training, scheduling and corresponding with coaches
- Reporting to and coordinating with Franchisee to ensure the high-quality Little Kickers sessions at all times

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with and engaging young children
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Administrative skills and computer literacy (Google Docs, Excel, etc.)
- Management experience
- **Driver's license and access to a vehicle.**:

- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday mornings
- Reliable and able to commit to working every weekend with limited vacation requests
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers
- Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents
- High energy individual with a good level of fitness and able to coach soccer skills/games with young children for 3+ hour
