**Job Overview**:
As an integral part of our team, you will assist with daily administrative tasks while bringing your creative flair to our social media and marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and loves creating engaging content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with administrative tasks
- Assist with creating and editing content, including video and photography, for social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
- Help develop and execute a consistent social media strategy to increase engagement and brand visibility.
- Coordinate content posting schedules and maintain brand alignment across platforms.
- Attend property listings, open houses, and other events to capture photos and videos for marketing use.
- Provide general support to the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- A vehicle and valid driver’s license for transportation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Experience with photography, videography, and basic editing tools (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
