**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the perfect pieces of jewelry, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. As a Jewelry Sales Associate for our brand Chakra Chokers Jewelry, we are looking for someone who is passionate about retail and jewelry, someone who is willing to learn how to make jewelry (our charm bar necklaces), and who enjoys a mall environment as we are located in the heart of Mapleview Mall

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their jewelry selections.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on various jewelry pieces, including material specifications and care instructions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in restocking items as needed.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing and transaction processing.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and store displays effectively.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions smoothly (taught during training).
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change accurately.
- The ability to multitask, communicate, and engage with customers to mitigate theft and provide outstanding service.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
