Reservation & Ticketing Agent

We are a growing travel solutions company committed to delivering seamless booking experiences and exceptional customer service. We’re looking for an experienced **Ticketing Agent** to join our team and support our expanding client base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle airline ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and exchanges using **Amadeus** and **Sabre** GDS systems.
- Manage **package bookings** including flights, hotels, tours, and add-on services.
- Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure compliance with airline and company policies.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and special requests in a proactive and empathetic manner.
- Stay updated on airline rules, fare structures, promotions, and travel regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** as a Ticketing Agent in the travel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of **Amadeus** and **Sabre** GDS systems.
- Experience with **package booking** (flights + hotels + tours).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
**Preferred**:
- Knowledge of other GDS systems.
- Experience in handling international travel bookings.
- Multilingual abilities.

Pay: $16.43-$17.00 per hour
