North Star Windows & Doors is seeking a highly motivated Shipping Administrator to join our Materials team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Initiate investigations for any customer related shipping concerns
- Schedule orders for delivery
- Coordinate with North Star’s logistics suppliers when scheduling dealer deliveries
- Prepare customs documents for US shipments
- Log daily results in the “Delay Tracker”
- Support Materials Team Leader, as required
- Other duties, as required

**Critical Skills**
- Ability to communicate with customers and dealers in a calm, courteous and efficient manner.
- Must represent North Star in a positive, professional way.
- Customer Service and/or dispatch background is an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous knowledge of WinSys system considered an asset, but not a requirement
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Excellent attendance and punctuality record
- Reliable, trustworthy, responsible and safety conscious
- Organized, and detail-oriented
- Able to read and write English fluently
- Previous knowledge of Winsys system considered an asset, but not a requirement

**Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to work in Canada and 18-yrs of age or older
- Reliable transportation to/from location (*not accessible by public transportation)
- Please note
- this position is not a remote work opportunity and requires full on-site availability Monday-Friday.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:
