**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
- Perform kitchen tile installations, including various other installations such install bathroom tiles
- Execute caulking and sealing tasks to ensure durability and aesthetics of installations.
- Utilize hand tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements and prepare necessary materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in installation is required.
- Strong skills in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment related to installation tasks.
- Experience in flooring installation and tile laying is highly required.
- Background as a maintenance person or carpenter is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
