**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques.
- Ensure all items are stored correctly after cleaning to facilitate quick access during service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout the shift.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold health standards within the restaurant or hotel environment.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Support other kitchen staff with additional duties as required to ensure efficient operation.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in cleaning or dishwashing in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
