**POSITION OVERVIEW**

Contributes to the management of material, time and human resources within the framework of IT projects in order to achieve the targeted objectives within the defined time and budget conditions. Analyzes the feasibility and timeliness of the project, define action plans and milestones, coordinate project teams, etc. May cover one or more of the information technology specialties such as networks, infrastructure, management systems, IT security, etc.

As a high-level professional, offers solutions for improving or optimizing processes, programs, and work methods. Contributes to the resolution of complex problems, requiring a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understanding of all variables. Collaborates with various internal and external stakeholders. Contributes to the knowledge transfer through functional support and coaching of less experienced employees on the team.

Coordinates the members of his team and assigns them the tasks to be performed. Gives directions to team members. Sees to the achievement of the objectives which are set for him within the time limits provided with the allocated resources.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyze requests.
- Create projects. Follow projects (operational and financial) in line with internal project management procedures.
- Documentation and procedures redactions.
- Well documented projects and transfer to operation
- Closing projects with ‘post-mortem’.
- Lead the improvement of project management procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- University education in IT.
- At least 5 years’ experience in IT project management.
- Technical work experience in IT for a minimum of 5 years before having acted as a project manager.
- Technical knowledge:

- Excellent knowledge of MsWindow, MsOffice (including MsProject and MsVisio).
- Excellent knowledge of project management (PMI is an asset); o Knowledge of MSSQL and Oracle are assets.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual (French-English);
- Eager to learn.
- Very organized.
- Resources management capacity.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Attention to details.
- Able to handle stress.

**REMUNERATION**
