KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the efficient processing of customer orders
- Maintain and enhance quarterly business performance reporting
- Maintenance renewals for existing customers
- Create and manage Salesforce reports and other ad-hoc reports for the Sales organization.
- Data analysis to help sales and finance teams base decisions on solid data.
- Work directly with customers, providing contract renewal documentation and collecting purchase orders.
- Ensure all CRM data is clean, accurate and complete.
- Work with finance team to ensure that sales reporting and forecasting are accurate and timely.

SKILLS AND EDUCATION
- 3-5 years of relevant sales operations experience
- Solid experience using Salesforce (Salesforce certification is an asset)
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments.
- Creative problem-solver who thrives on challenges, and is accustomed to a fast pace and multiple projects, fulfilling priorities and meeting deadlines

**Key Responsibilities**:
