BeFitNow Canada is expanding, and our Vaughan Ontario location is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team effective immediately

This position requires working 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday.

We’ll give you the training and tools to perform in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. If you’re a star at your job you will have respect, admiration, excellent compensation, and an opportunity to grow. The starting rate for a Customer Service Team member is $19.25/hr ($40,000 per year). We also offer company-paid insurance benefits, and on-site gym.

**Duties**:
Work with our customers and senior sales rep to answer questions and provide accurate information about our products

Schedule and plan pickup/deliveries

Process and follow up on sales orders

Checking and verifying shipping documents

Maintain a high level of professionalism

Other duties as assigned

Willingness to achieve goals and self-improvement

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong communication skills

Able to collaborate with team

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Knowledge of Office programs will be preferred

Enthusiasm for fitness is a bonus

Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese a bonus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

- Secondary School (required)
