Sunterra will provide the Van; you provide an outstanding delivery service As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for catering and/or customer home delivery. You will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Make sure customers are taken care of and the store and delivery van looks great at all times.
- Surprise and delight the customers with consistent, delightful service.
- Deliver all catering orders and home deliveries.
- Ensure that all orders are properly organized prior to leaving store
- Maintain catering van in good working order.
- Coordinate supplies needed for catering deliveries.
- Ensure high-level of customer service and appropriate behaviour in all dealings with corporate and social catering clientele.
- Work very flexible hours and handle unpredictability of daily demands of catering delivery schedule.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
- Follows and complies with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adheres to safe work practices.
- Operates and sanitizes all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Team Lead (Department Manager), Assistant Managers or Manager.

Qualifications:

- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with other Team Members and leadership.
- Valid Driver’s License, with a clean driving record.
- Driver's Abstract required upon hiring.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of position.
- Ability to operate all necessary equipment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
