**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and clean for client use.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while working independently or as part of a team.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Time management skills that allow for efficient completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and protocols is essential.
