**Retail Associate & Sales Admin ( Full-Time ) - Vancouver Store**
- Build relationships with guests, providing a luxury and personalized sales experience.
- Work in collaboration with the Vancouver Store Manager to manage the daily operations of the Vancouver Store.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment through merchandising and inventory management.
- Hosting studio tours and in-store events, sharing Pyrrha’s brand story with our guests.
- Assist the sales team with order processing, tracking and documentation.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports as requested.
- Other sales and administrative duties as needed to support the studio.

**Skills & Experience**
- 1-2 year sales experience, preferably in a retail setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
- Previous experience with Shopify and / or Salesforce is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities.

**What We Offer**
- Pyrrha is a Living Wage employer. This role has a starting salary of $23 / hr. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
