Whilst providing a positive and inclusive environment for customers and staff, our staff are accountable for providing quality service and product in a safe and clean environment. Our company core values should guide all decision making and communication, in the pursuit of delivering best customer experience, employee experience and anticipating what is best for the store. - loves great coffee and has previous barista experience (kitchen experience is also an asset) - is willing to work in all positions in the cafe - we cross train in kitchen and pos so everyone can do all roles - has flexible availability - mornings & evenings (Cafe hours 7am-9pm) - enjoys working in a fast-paced environment & getting to know your customers - is a team player and wants to build connections within our community **The positions**: - include barista, counter-service & food preparation - include staff meal for full shifts, 30% staff discount at Lift Coffee + Forecast Coffee locations - Food Safe an asset Starting wage $17.75/hr, plus tips paid out weekly For more on who we are and what we love, check us out at forecastcoffee.ca Pay: $17.75-$26.00 per hour
