**Responsibilities**:

- Implement an Emergent Curriculum that supports individual development
- Maintain daily documentation, reporting, and attendance records
- Support children’s emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioral development
- Collaborate with professionals like Speech or Occupational Therapists as needed
- Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance, including room ratios
- Participate actively in team meetings, workshops, and classroom transitions

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Nova Scotia ECE license.
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry
- Up-to-date Immunizations, including 2-step TB test
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR (Level B or C)
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 45 lbs
