Koss Aerospace, a global leader in the high-quality production of aircraft components is currently seeking a full-time permanent **Material Control Clerk **- to join our manufacturing team on the day shift, which is 7:30 am to 4.:00 pm Monday through Friday. This position is responsible for all functions related to operating a forklift, as well as shipping and receiving products and helping with production needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Must be a certified forklift driver to operate forklift or other equipment to load, unload, transport, and store goods.
- Verifies type and quantity of material received. Completes required documentation
- Maintains Electronic Records through the use of Excel
- Performs transactions as required using the Company ERP/Database
- Stores received materials and delivers to destination department per schedules
- Maintain Raw Material Stores
- Maintain Finished Goods Stores
- Ensures complete and accurate shipments of finished goods to customers
- Prepares and packs product as required
- Performs a variety of quality checks to ensure standards and specifications are met
- Perform and document all inspections of forklifts
- Trouble shoots and resolve basic to moderate operating issues involving inventory
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- A robust and symbiotic relationship with the Operations team is necessary
- Leadership and ownership of the department, job responsibilities and job function
- Manage all functions related to cleaning and sanitizing their work area

Minimum Qualifications:

- Minimum High School; associated degree or higher preferred
- 2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with EPR system required
- Forklift experience/ or Overhead crane experience is required
- Previous shipping and/or receiving experience is an asset
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good verbal, written and multi-tasking skills, can do attitude
- High-energy, flexible, elf-starter, attention to detail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
