Cedo Technician

Position Summary:
**_ BakosNDT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and is a growing and leading provider of non-destructive testing services in Western Canada, with services offered to all industrial sectors. With anticipation for exciting growth, we deem it necessary to build a strong foundational team to support this expansion. We are currently seeking**_ _**_a Certified CEDO Technician or NDT Trainee _to join and contribute to our inspection team. This is a full-time position will report into the Division Manager and support Edmonton, AB operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and calibrate testing equipment
- Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects)
- Devise ways to examine objects, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Certified Exposure Device Operator (CEDO) course
- Ability to travel
- Capable of making knowledgeable, integrity-based decisions
- Familiarization of NDE methods (Conventional and Advanced)
- Strong communication skills with client and maintenance personnel
- Valid Driver's Licence
