**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the Broker of Record for the brokerage, assuming legal responsibility for all brokerage transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws and regulations, including licensing requirements, fair housing laws, and ethical standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and other industry professionals to promote business growth.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of real estate agents and support staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operation of the brokerage.
- Provide guidance and support to agents and staff on complex transactions, legal issues, and other challenges.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, and develop strategies to maintain and enhance the brokerage's competitiveness in the market.
- Represent the brokerage in negotiations with clients, other brokers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure that all transactions are properly documented, and maintain accurate records of all brokerage activities.

**Requirements**:

- Active real estate broker's license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a real estate broker, with a proven track record of success in managing a brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
