Are you a talented Bread Baker with a passion for artisanal baking? The Pickled Pig, located in the heart of Smiths Falls, Ontario, is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team on a part-time basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of high-quality artisan breads, sourdough, rolls, and pastries.
- Follow recipes and baking techniques to consistently produce exceptional bread products.
- Monitor proofing and baking times to achieve optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking stations and equipment.
- Assist in inventory management for baking supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Bread Baker or similar role is preferred.
- Solid understanding of baking principles, techniques, and ingredients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing excellent baked goods.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays and early mornings.
