**Hours of operation**: 0800-1530 Monday-Thursday

**Job**: Reporting to Clinic Manager, receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, as well as providing support to surgeons and medical staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering main line and re-directing calls to medical office assistants
- Greeting and registering patients, initiating forms
- Escorting patients to exam rooms and preparing patients for physician
- Cleaning and preparing exam rooms between patients visits
- Receiving and sorting/distributing faxes as appropriate
- Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Stocking and detailed cleaning exam rooms once a week

**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:

- High School Diploma
- Recent customer service experience
- Experience with EMR (Health Quest preferable)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to handle confidential information in compliance with the Health Information Act Information for Applicants
