**POSITION**:Business Analyst II
**LOCATION**: Toronto, ON.
**STATUS**: Full-time

**JOB OVERVIEW**

A vital component of this role will be liaising with business and technology teams who are key stakeholders or partners in maintaining the portals. These accountabilities ensure the Online Services team can support our clients’ digital experience, in addition to assisting implementations of EPMO governed projects when necessary.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Support the existing portal incident handling process and proactively identify ways to improve it
- Develop, manage, and present weekly and monthly key performance reporting
- Work collectively with business units to effectively document business processes and best practices guidelines directly associated to business initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders including business and technology to support project benefits and changes to business processes, policies, and systems across single or multiple lines of business
- Responsible for creation of test plans and execution of user acceptance and regression testing during the implementation process while ensuring rules or enhancements meet user needs as documented in business requirements
- Collaborate with IT project teams and business units to collect, clarify and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**

Education
- Post Secondary Education

Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of industry related experience, preferably in a BA or BSA role
- Experience in Agile Methodology is an asset

Skills/Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of CI’s online portals (IOL, AIO, AOL and PC Web) and good working knowledge of business processes, procedures, and practices for the lines of business supported
- Knowledge of RPM, Navigator and CISS systems is an asset
- Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT); ability to create extensive test plans that confidently test functionality being implemented against documented requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with a strong focus on attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of multitasking and the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
- Excellent business skills, information systems experience and exposure to project management processes are an asset
- Motivated person with the ability to work independently as well as a strong contributing team player
