**About the Job**

A-1 Cement is seeking a slinger operator or telebelt operator with a class 3 license and at least 5 years driving experience for our basement gravel installation division.

**Who you are**
- You are an experienced driver with a valid Class 3 Alberta license and with a clean abstract.
- You have general knowledge of slinger truck operation or telebelt operation, basement gravel installation, and workplace safety requirements.
- You have an understanding of residential construction practices and quality standards.
- You are professional, detail oriented and a good communicator in both written and verbal correspondence.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Must be able to comfortably operate a slinger truck or telebelt in the city of Calgary while knowing the new sub divisions with some ease.
- Must be capable of manual labor assisting with exterior weeping tile and basement gravel installation as required.
- Must be conscientious with truck driving standards and job site safety while diligently filling out pre-trip truck and hazardous assessment forms.

**Unique working conditions**
- This position may require flexible hours but each work day starts at 7: 00 a.m.
- This job is fulltime and year round.
