Basketball Coach

Duties:

- Develop and implement basketball training programs for players of various skill levels and ages.
- Teach fundamental basketball skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing, and defense.
- Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve team performance.
- Provide guidance and support to players during games and competitions.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience playing basketball at a competitive level.
- Strong knowledge of basketball rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Previous coaching experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline among players.
- Experience working with students or children in a coaching or mentoring capacity is a plus.
- Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other relevant certifications is desirable.

Pay: $20.00-$25.18 per hour

- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
