**Position Details**:
**What You Will Do**
- Document and analyze the companies financials
- Draft up comments/notes and provide to underwriter
- Drafting and creating Terms and Conditions letters
- Credit checks done
- Draft and review indemnities to ensure they are executed
- Register the indemnities
- Assist underwriter with ensuring file completion
- Provide comments and feedback

**Who You Are**
- Bachelor's degree with a business discipline specialization in finance, accounting or economics is required
- Experience in surety underwriting or related field
- CPA designation or pursuing a CPA designation is an asset
- Working towards ACSB - Associateship of Canadian Surety Bonding is an asset
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Excel and Outlook
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to be adaptable, flexible and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Able to perform in a detail oriented environment with strong analytical and organizational skills
