**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients, including homeowners, property managers, and commercial businesses.
- Present and promote our range of property maintenance services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Keep accurate records of sales, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in property maintenance, construction, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for closing deals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
