**_Applicant Responsibilities_**
- Greeting customers, responding to questions on the phone, in person and on-line
- Operating sales transactions and receiving inventory in a complex POS system
- Managing financial transactions including returns of merchandise and balancing drawers
- Informing customers about discounts and special offers/promotions and cross-selling complementary products/services
- Helping customer needs, presenting answer questions about products and services and recommending solutions.
- Improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service
- Helping to maintain Company's digital and social media presence online
- Ensuring all store operations are completed effectively and efficiently, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensuring store is visually beautiful, clean and well-stocked
- Staying up-to-date with new products/services
- Providing feedback to Management to improve the operation and profitability of the Company
- Creating awesome immersive experiences for customers and representing our established brand with pride
- Contributing to crushing team sales goals of the Company
