Great Opportunity for Construction Co-Ordinator, Burlington Residential Builder, with room for advancement

Who are we looking for?
- A proven professional Construction Co-Ordinator with at least 7 years experience in the field
- Engineering degree/diploma (Civil/Construction/Architectural) or Construction

Management or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
- Experience in Project Management would be an asset, but not required
- Experience with Procore, AutoCAD would be an asset
- Adaptable to learning new computer software/systems
- Ability to prioritize and complete work on time while under pressure
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Valid G driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- A Professional who works well individually and in a team setting

All about the position
- Assist Project Management team with daily duties
- Attend project meetings, take and distribute meeting minutes as required
- Setting up new projects in the corporate project management software
- Coordinate with project consultants and engineers to obtain design drawings
- Prepare, assemble and submit permit packages for Municipalities and site staff
- Assist with Décor coordination including obtaining samples and organizing colour boards with décor consultants
- Co-ordinate the flow of purchaser colour selections between sales and construction departments
- Assist with the review of new home plans for marketing/sales
- Set up, organize and distribute lot files to all appropriate parties
- Co-ordinate CRE and RFE pricing between the sales and construction departments (may include completing sketches for purchasers to sign off on)
- Assisting site supervisors and sales staff with co-ordination of material selections reselections
