Mercedes-Benz West Island a high-end, high-volume dealership, is looking for a reliable person to fill a customer service position, AGENT BDC (40 hours per week from Monday to Friday).

You must be dynamic, courteous, and professional.

Your primary task will be to offer customer service that lives up to our brand and reputation.

**Functions and responsibilities of the position;**

INBOUND AND OUTBOUND calls

Book appointments for the service (tire change, oil change etc.)

Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and ensure that clients' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism

Listen actively and probe to determine the need

**assets and qualifications**:

- Experience in incentive sales and customer service (an asset);
- Experience in the automotive industry (an asset, but not mandatory);
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Comfortable in a fast-paced call centre environment.
- Being able to identify and respond to our customers' needs;
- Being able to establish a relationship of trust with customers by telephone;
- Being able to work in a computerized and constantly evolving environment;\

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French and English);
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate;
- Ease and interest in working in a team;
- Excellent references and demonstrated customer service skills;
- Honest, professional, structured and courteous.
