We are currently seeking a qualified, experienced, live-in, Resident Building Manager or Couple for a 2 building residential apartment complex in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leasing units, collecting rent, security deposits, screening applicants, assisting applicants and tenants with our online payment system. **Daily customer service to all current tenants **Submitting daily reports including vacancy reports and purchase orders **Daily cleaning of lobbies, hallways, rental office and some unit cleaning if necessary**:

- On-call during evenings & weekends. Must live On-Site. Reduced rent.
- Your qualifications include:

- 3 years of previous experience in residential property management
- **Strong communication and organizational skills
- **Strong cleaning skills **Knowledge of the AB Residential Tenancy Act
