We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Guest Services Agent to join our team and uphold our commitment to five-star service.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of care and attention.
- Handle inquiries, process bookings, and provide assistance with online booking systems and associated correspondence through telephone and computer work.
- Collecting guest payments, balancing cash and end of day tills.
- Assist in inventory management and reporting.
- Reserving guests tables for our seasonal Botanica Courtyard.
- Serve guests refreshments and/or licensed cocktails with professionalism and flair.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and appearance standards, reflecting the sophistication of our brand.
- Go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations, consistently delivering exceptional service.
- Focus on sales by promoting new services, promotions, and packages to enhance the guest experience.
- **Requirements**:_
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a knack for upselling and promoting additional services.
- A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work 8 to 9 hours a day, with Sundays and Mondays off, including long weekends off.
