**Are you a friendly, reliable, energetic, patient, personable and outgoing individual looking to work in a retail environment?**

**Christie’s is looking to hire a full time term (32-36 hours a week) Retail Sales Associate to join the sales team interacting directly with customers by phone and in person.**

**Christie’s Office Plus has been servicing our community with office supplies and education materials for generations. Christie’s offers growth, stability and career opportunities to our growing team**

**Your responsibilities would include**
- Working in the retail store selling our vast range of products (office supplies and Furniture).
- Fronting and stocking shelves in retail store.
- Help with design and creating displays.
- Use computer to track customer interactions, process customer orders and file documents.
- Solving customer issues in a helpful and professional manner.
- Handling and balancing cash floats and point of sale system.
- Assists in the resolution of customer complaints, returns and exchanges.
- Assist customers on the phone and making calls for pick up orders.
- Effective, strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Prior Retail and computerized point of sale experience.
- Above average organizational skills and ability to multi task.
- Quick learner & problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to learn about products to assist customers in making decisions.
- Ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required.
- Ability to work effectively with ongoing distractions is necessary.
- Can engage appropriately and work as part of a team.
- Thursday evenings (till 7:30 pm) and Saturdays (9am-1pm)

Pay: $15.80-$16.25 per hour
