**Position Overview**
We are currently seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Colonnade clinic, where you will play a vital role in our Entry-to-School (ETS) program and our private SLP practice.
In this unique role, you will divide your time between our government-funded ETS program and our private practice.
The ETS program is a 12-month program that supports autistic children as they prepare and start school for the first time. The first 6 months of the program is a group program, that supports autistic children develop school readiness skills across areas such as communication, play, social interaction, functional routines, behaviour self-management, pre-academic learning, and attention. As a vital member of the ETS supervisory team (OT, SLP, RBA), you will provide weekly coaching and consultation to a multi-disciplinary team of paraprofessionals who are implementing the group program. During the second 6 months of the program, the supervisory team (OT, SLP, RBA) provides transition support to the school teams as the child transitions to school.

- The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for some remote work based on program needs.
**Salary and Benefits**
- $79,560.00 - $94,477.50 annually based on experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess and provide direct intervention for pediatric clients with various communication difficulties, including coaching parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive individualized programming.
- Offer clinical guidance to aid the client’s transition to school.
- Provide supervision of Communicative Disorders Assistants.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring students and staff in best practices.
- Adhere to the standards of practice regarding assessment protocols and therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain documentation (clinical and administrative) following organizational policies.
- Maintain confidentiality following organizational policies.
- Participate in ongoing professional education and development.
- Participate in all team meetings when required.
**Requirements**:
- M.Sc. in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Membership (or eligibility for) with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.
- Experience working directly with autistic or neurodiverse children is an asset
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and co-operatively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- The ability to provide service in both English and French is preferred.
- A successful Vulnerable Sector screen.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Pay: $79,560.00-$94,477.50 per year
