**Responsibilities**:

- Provide prompt and friendly customer service by actively engaging with customers, answering their inquiries, and offering product recommendations.
- Process customer orders by accurately picking and packing materials for delivery or pickup.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries regarding products, services, and orders to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Source non-stocking items for customers, demonstrating problem-solving skills to fulfill specific needs.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage stock orders for the branch as assigned, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Process returns for customers, coordinating with vendors to obtain Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) as needed.
- Participate in stock replenishment activities to ensure product availability.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized counter and warehouse environment.
- Assist warehouse staff with various tasks, including receiving purchase orders, stocking shelves, loading/unloading products, and more.
- Perform deliveries if required.
- Embrace flexibility and perform any additional duties as required by the role.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience and strong product knowledge in the plumbing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find timely solutions.
- Willingness to work additional hours to ensure effective job performance.
- Must be able to provide a clear police record check.

**Salary**: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
