As a Corporate Consultant with the Chief Operating Office (COO), you will be responsible for the coordination, alignment and integration of corporate-wide priorities and initiatives. The Corporate Consultant is responsible for project and change leadership, improving organizational capacity, opportunity identification and resolution, while promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation and trust. They may lead programs, projects, or initiatives led by the Chief Operating Office and/or provide consultation, advisory, project support, and facilitation services to teams working with the COO. Primary duties include:

- Lead or support projects related to the implementation of major priorities within our organization. This includes project and change leadership in support of corporate-wide goals, understanding or developing scope, outcomes, deliverables, timelines, measure of progress.
- Support organizational strategic alignment through analysis, synthesis, and communication of a wide range of information, with objectives of supporting the direction and focus areas of the Chief Operating Office.
- Provide leadership and expertise to a wide range of emerging issues facing the Corporation, providing an objective and corporate perspective on interdepartmental issues and including conducting research and preparing and presenting reports.
- Participate in other projects, such as annual work plans and team development.

**Qualifications**
- A master's degree (MA, MBA or a Masters in Public Administration with at least 4 years' relevant experience; OR a degree with at least 8 years' relevant experience.
- Experience in writing complex reports and presentations to senior leaders, such as the ELT and/or Council.
- Experience in client-facing advisory services, such as management consulting or corporate strategy is an asset.
- Ability to adapt within a changing environment with competing priorities.
- Ability to manage organizational dynamics and politics, alongside an understanding of the complexities of decision making in the public sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to build trust and influence and resolve conflicts within a team environment.
- You possess strong organizational skills (project planning, project management), consulting skills and/or project team leadership skills.
