We are one of the largest Salons across Canada and are the only Hair Salon located inside of Walmart. If you have an enthusiastic, creative & outgoing personality, this position is right for you

As a salon manager, your responsibilities would include:

- Serving as a role model and coach for consistent quality and excellent customer service.
- Ensuring the salon runs efficiently and profitably while increasing weekly and monthly sales.
- Recruiting and training new stylists.
- Creating a weekly schedule based on customer flow.
- Being available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Handling customer and stylist issues with professionalism and care.
- Providing quality haircuts and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Salon Manager with a valid Ontario College of Trades (OCOT) License to lead our busy hair salon in Brampton.

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

- French not required

**Experience**:

- hair styling: 3 years (preferred)
- Salon Manger: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English as your first language (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Ability to Commute:

- Brampton, ON L6T 5P9 (required)
