**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic student to join our dynamic team as a Retail Sales Associate In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to enhance the shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist them in finding products, and ensure that they leave with a positive impression of our store.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos and technical sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring excellent phone etiquette when handling calls.
- Manage time effectively to balance customer service with other tasks such as restocking shelves and cleaning the store.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
- Stay updated on promotions, new products, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with cashiering processes.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
