**Job Title: Lash Specialist**

**Overview**
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Lash Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services that enhance our clients' beauty and confidence. Your expertise and dedication to customer service will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience for every client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all health and safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired look and offer professional recommendations based on their needs.
- Upsell additional services and products, contributing to both the client’s experience and salon revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions to offer the best possible service and recommendations.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and positive environment for clients.
- Prior experience in retail sales or upselling services/products is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Previous experience in front desk or administrative work is helpful but not required.

**Compensation and Schedule**
- You will receive **75% profit** from each client. For example, if a classic full set costs $100, you will earn $75 per service.
- This is a **cash-only position**.
- **No front desk duties**: You will set your own availability, and we will book clients accordingly. You’ll attend to your clients during your scheduled shifts and are free to leave once your clients are complete.
