**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:** Strategic Recruitment & Talent Attraction**
- Lead full-cycle recruitment across departments (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Build employer brand through social media, events.
- Maintain a strong external presence at industry events.
- Create recruitment campaigns aligned with company growth.

**Employee Experience & Engagement**
- Partner with managers on workforce planning and hiring needs.
- Act as first point of contact for recruitment-related queries and hiring support.
- Organize employee engagement events.
- Support onboarding and early career development programs.

**Continuous Improvement & Reporting**
- Liaise with HR Management Consultant and administrator
- Regularly analyze recruitment funnel data and share insights.
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives related to talent acquisition.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong Social Media presence or desire and aptitude to build one
- A people person, warm and engaging
- 5+ years in recruitment
- Insurance industry experience and network
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
