**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Read blueprints and follow state and local building codes
- Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks and toilets
- Repair or replace broken drainage lines
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut openings in structures for pipes
- Test plumbing & gas systems for leaks and other problems
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, pipefitters, and steamfitters on projects
- Maintain accurate records of plumbing services provided

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Experience with power tools for cutting and fitting pipes
- Ability to read blueprints to determine optimal pipe placement
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to maintain, weld, and carpenter as needed
- Capability for heavy lifting as required in the role

Pay: $30.00-$39.55 per hour

**Experience**:

- Plumbing & Gas: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Gas Fitter (required)
- Plumbing JP (required)

Work Location: On the road
