**Join Our Growing Team**

We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Electrical Team / Lead Sales Estimator** to take the lead in estimating and securing electrical projects. This role is perfect for someone who combines technical electrical knowledge with strong sales and leadership skills. You’ll be a key player in driving business growth, supporting the electrical team, and ensuring accurate, competitive estimates.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for electrical projects (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project scope and ensure competitive pricing
- Lead and support the electrical team on job planning and project coordination
- Assist in developing project proposals and bid submissions
- Track and manage bid status, project timelines, and customer communications
- Stay current with market trends, material costs, and industry standards

**What You Bring**:

- Journeyperson Electrician certification or equivalent experience (Red Seal preferred)
- Proven experience in electrical estimating and sales
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and reading electrical blueprints
- High attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
