**Availability Required**: Friday to Sunday 8 am to 4 pm (no exceptions)

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Cut and mince meat, and make patties
- Marinate chicken
- Slicing cheese
- Cutting and grilling veggies
- Oil change
- Create and follow prep list in every shift

**Other responsibilities include**:

- Ensuring cleanliness and working condition of kitchen equipment

Organization is required to ensure time is used efficiently
- Ensuring cleanliness of work stations
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Coming to work on time
- Complete duties in a fast pace
- Maintain a clean kitchen by washing and sanitizing dishes

**Skills required**:

- Quick and hands-on learner
- Self-motivated
- Time management
- Organized
- Communication
- Excellent understanding of food safety

**Preference will be given to**:

- full time availability
- Food Handler Certificate
- 1 to 2 years Prep experience

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00 per hour
