Project Coordinator, Mechanical/structural

We are looking for a motivated individual who is committed to growing their professional career at Brymark while gaining valuable knowledge and experience through a variety of assignments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support, generate and lead the data collection for Daily LEM’s (Labour, Equipment and Materials) and time card entry system
- Work closely with the site supervisors, project controls personnel and the PM from both the field and office
- Daily responsibilities include - gathering field documentation, time card entry & cost coding of all labor, material packing slips, subcontractor LEM’s and equipment on the Brymark Daily LEM’s. Followed by submittal to the client
- Submit all packing slips and subcontractor timesheets to the head office in an organized format ready for invoicing back up
- Verify that all required documentation has been submitted daily and do a follow up on any missing information
- Prepare documents for weekly Brymark invoicing
- Contribute and participate with the Project Controls team for client facing reporting
- Support as time permits project status reports, job cost tracking and revenue reporting with the project controls team

Qualifications/Requirements
- Construction experience is required
- Working knowledge of Construction Field Operations is required
- Knowledge of typical field construction paperwork
- Accounting education and experience is an asset
- Procore Construction Project Management software or similar knowledge is an asset
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Good computer and word processing skills including experience with formatting documents to meet company standards consistently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills are a must
- Trades background is an asset with understanding of heavy industrial structural/mechanical components and processes. - i.e., Heavy Equipment assembly - installations, Bulk material handling such as conveyors
